Before this project, teams across nine countries relied on disconnected spreadsheets. Over two years, I helped bridge that gap by connecting our SAP S/4HANA data to an easy-to-use Power BI dashboard. Now, more than 200 field leaders have real-time visibility into inventory and schedules—saving hundreds of hours of tedious manual spreadsheet work every year.
